Step in to a deeper relationship with yourself and nature and open yourself to the magic within and around you!

Deeper magic is a day long nature experience rooted in the pan-cultural practice of the wilderness rites of passage. Intentionally step away from your daily life, into a different way of being with the earth, others, and yourself- and bring the treasures of that experience back with you into your every day life.

The day will consist of three phases: severance, threshold, and reincorporation.

Severance: you will connect with yourself, your body, nature, and the group through relaxing and grounding sensory experiences and sharing from the heart. You will get clear on your intention for your solo time in nature, and learn about staying safe outdoors.

Threshold: you will engage in a threshold ceremony supported by Sarah and your fellow women, which marks the transition into your solo time in nature and a declaration that you are open to what the experience has to show you. During solo time, you will enter into a new relationship with nature- one where the earth can speak to you, and you can receive wisdom and nurturing from her in the form of plants, animals, mountains, streams, the breeze…the magic is everywhere, and in this liminal space, you can intentionally receive it.

Reincorporation: you will return to the group teeming with the magic of your experience during solo time, and we will come together as a community to share our experiences. As part of this process, you will receive mirroring from Sarah - a process in which your story is reflected back to you in a way that highlights the wisdom and depth present in your experience. You will be supported in identifying an action step or practice you can take to bring this magic forward into your every day life and create lasting change.

Sarah will be available to you before and after your nature day to answer any questions and offer support.
